Creating an educational campaign targeting Health Care Professionals and Patients
The Challenge
Johnson & Johnson brand, Aveeno®, came to us with a brief to create an educational campaign to target Health Care Professionals and patients.
The aim of the campaign was to drive awareness and knowledge of the benefits of using Aveeno® and the range of products available, to ensure the best solution was provided for the patient.

The Solution
To overcome this challenge we carefully considered, and researched the best options for Aveeno®.
We created an interactive objection handler for iPads to be used as a sales aid, we refreshed their range guide in line with Aveeno®’s new brand guidelines, created a suite of HTML banner adverts, all new patient support materials and health care personnel training documents.
This neat package of marketing materials (if we do say so ourselves!) pushed the Aveeno® brand perfectly, helping the sales personnel work their magic, work inline with the brand, as well as helping the consumer understand what they really needed and provided them with the right information.

The Future
- The educational campaign for Aveeno® continues to be a success with the sales team, and serves its purpose as an ‘aid’.
- We continue to work with Aveeno® and provide updates to, and creation of new media materials.
